VIKTHOR

Vikthor is an Italian DJ and producer whose sound has carved a distinctive path through the international techno landscape. Born in Caserta and shaped by the energy of Naples, he has developed a powerful and unmistakable identity built around driving rhythms, dark atmospheres, hypnotic melodies and an uncompromising approach to the dancefloor.

His journey has been closely connected to one of techno’s most influential figures, Carl Cox. After making his debut on Cox’s iconic Intec imprint, Vikthor’s music continued to receive consistent support from the legendary British DJ, developing into a relationship that has become a defining part of his artistic evolution.

Over the years, Vikthor has built an increasingly strong catalogue across some of the most respected labels in electronic music, including Intec, Drumcode, 23rd Century DGTL, Terminal M, Arcane Music, Heldeep and his own VKT Records. His international rise accelerated with his debut at Ultra Music Festival Miami, followed by landmark performances at venues including Electric Brixton and E1 London, alongside artists such as Chris Liebing, Nicole Moudaber, Lilly Palmer and other leading names in the techno scene.

In 2025, Vikthor strengthened his relationship with Intec with “Legacy”, his collaboration with Pianoalani. The track received significant international support and was featured in Carl Cox’s Essential Mix on BBC Radio 1, further establishing Vikthor as an artist capable of combining peak-time energy with a deeper and more emotional side of techno.

2026 marks a defining chapter in Vikthor’s career.

The year began with a major performance at Gate Club Milan alongside Sam Paganini, followed by a series of increasingly important appearances across Europe.

On May 31st, Vikthor returned to Naples for a special edition of I Love Sunday at Club Partenopeo, sharing the lineup with Carl Cox, Riva Starr, Pauza. Performing alongside some of the most influential names in electronic music in his home territory represented another significant milestone in his rise.

His connection with Carl Cox continued to evolve throughout the year, including a performance alongside Carl Cox and Anna Tur at IAM Beyond Club.

In August, Vikthor joined forces with fellow Italian producer Clif Jack for “You and Me”, released on Carl Cox’s 23rd Century DGTL. The track marked another important step in Vikthor’s relationship with Cox’s musical ecosystem, adding a powerful new record to an already growing catalogue.

The defining moment of 2026 arrives with “Legacy (Carl Cox Remix)”.

Following the original “Legacy” by Vikthor and Pianoalani on Intec, Carl Cox returns to the track with his own interpretation, bringing the record into a new dimension while preserving the emotional identity of the original.

The remix has already been tested by Carl Cox in his Ibiza sets, including the sunrise moments of his residency, generating significant anticipation ahead of its official release on Intec on September 4th, 2026.

“Legacy (Carl Cox Remix)” represents a remarkable full-circle moment in Vikthor’s career: a record originally released on Intec and supported by Carl Cox is now reimagined by Cox himself and released through the same label that played such an important role in Vikthor’s artistic journey.

Vikthor born in June 22, 1994 in Caserta, Italy) is an Italian DJ, producer, and musician, recognized for his contribution to the electronic music scene, particularly in the techno genre. His live performances and productions have gained notoriety both in Italy and internationally.

Biography

Vincenzo Del Prete grew up in Caserta, where from a young age he developed a deep passion for electronic music. He began experimenting with music production during his adolescence, inspired by the sounds of the European techno scene. His determination and talent quickly led him to explore the world of DJ sets, initially performing in small local clubs.

He is an Italian disc jockey and music producer who has established himself as one of the emerging talents of the international techno scene. Growing up in a city rich in musical history and varied cultural influences, Vikthor was exposed from a young age to electronic music, particularly techno and tech house, genres that fascinated and inspired him.
